Rainy day....though I'm not complaining. We really haven't had a lot of rain here and am welcoming it. Not the thunder though...thunder means there is lightening and I'm not a big fan of lightening.
John didn't show up yesterday...am I surprised? No! He is suppose to show up tonight but we'll see. Alex will be coming tonight to spend the night and will leave tomorrow. Juan and I are to go to that birthday party tomorrow afternoon. Hummm...scrapbook page! lol Love to scrapbook.
Tonight I thought I would make some Cheese Enchiladas and some Spanish Rice. Have never made Enchiladas before so this will be an experiment. Ü If it turns out to be any good I will post the recipe.
